We’re proud to support “Story Story,” a group exhibition featuring nine emerging artists and designers from DesignTO’s annual Youth program.

Using diverse mediums, materials, and forms, artists and designers Rachel Baek, Rubiat Fusigboye, Namu Kim, Maryam Mohamed, Steffi Ng, Vishwa Patel, Aswani Siwakoti, Jasmine Vanstone, and Mal Yu present reflections on themes of family, identity, femininity, cross-generational traditions, and the “self.”

The exhibition is on display at Collision Gallery from January 24 to February 15, with a closing reception on the final day.

Now in its 15th year, DesignTO is a non-profit arts organization committed to designing a sustainable, just, and joyful future. Its annual DesignTO Festival — held this year from January 24 to February 2 — is one of Canada’s largest design festivals.

Its Youth program, created in 2019, connects youth with local artists, designers, and community collaborators, and provides them with access to creative disciplines.
