We’re thrilled to share that principal Olga Pushkar has been selected to join the City of Hamilton’s Design Review Panel. Pushkar’s personal connection to Hamilton and her decades of experience in architecture and urban planning make her an excellent addition to the panel.

“Having grown up in the region, I’m passionate about contributing to Hamilton’s revitalization.” she shared. “Hamilton holds a rich history of industry and community which I am eager to help preserve while fostering thoughtful, innovative, and sensitive developments.”

With over 30 years of professional experience, Pushkar has a proven track record in delivering large-scale urban revitalization projects and contributing to projects that promote community health and wellbeing.

“I believe design can serve as a powerful tool for honouring the past while shaping the future, and I’m excited to bring that perspective to the Design Review Panel,” she said.

Some of her notable work includes Branksome Hall Athletics and Wellness Centre; the Governor General’s award-winning Project Grand Jeté for Canada’s National Ballet School; and the Mike & Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre at the University of Waterloo, a winner of the Ontario Association of Architects Award of Excellence.
