Blaine Lepp
A Masters graduate of Dalhousie University, Blaine Lepp has over a decade of experience and has lived and worked in Amsterdam and Vienna.
Before joining KPMB, he worked in varying typologies, including educational, residential, and hospitality, for firms like Taylor Smyth Architects and Shim-Sutcliffe Architects. At Shim-Sutcliffe Architects, he worked on The Ace Hotel Toronto.
At KPMB Blaine has served as project architect for commercial projects in Calgary and Toronto for Brookfield Properties. With a strong sense for high-quality design and a solid understanding of how buildings are constructed, he manages all phases of his projects with proficiency and skill.
Currently, he is working on the Arts Commons Transformation, the multi-phase modernization and expansion of Calgary’s largest performing arts centre.
Blaine shares the firm’s commitment to design excellence and approaches every project he’s a part of — regardless of its size, function, or typology — with care and rigor. He is passionate about doing work that influences and improves the public realm.
Outside of work, Blaine enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with his family.
“I believe that great architecture has the power to enrich people’s lives.”
