Zachariah Glennon

Associate

A minimalist at heart, Zachariah joined KPMB in 2019 with more than a decade of experience designing for renowned Toronto studios, including Shim-Sutcliffe Architects. For Zachariah, projects of all scales deserve the same thoughtful approach, and limitations are simply opportunities for innovation.

Since joining KPMB, he has worked on several notable projects, including the design and planning for the retrofit of a commercial tower, its reconstructed plaza, and a new 61-storey residential addition. He also contributed to the programmatic planning, design, detailing, and consultant coordination for some of the intricately technical performance venues in the Allied Music Centre, a seven-storey addition to Toronto’s Massey Hall.

Combining his deft design skills and interest in new building technologies, Zachariah is currently a project lead for the Kindred Works housing portfolio, which leverages his extensive residential experience. He is passionate about uncovering design solutions that lie at the intersection of sustainability, community, and affordability.

Understanding, honest, and collaborative, Zachariah firmly believes successful design is the product of an iterative, team-driven process.

“We transform limitations into opportunities for design excellence.”
